The Operating System for Motorsport Teams
TrakOps brings together race operations, engineering workflows and secure access controls, ensuring the right people have access to the right information — from team-wide visibility to chassis-specific permissions.
Select your championship, event and chassis once, and everything stays connected — runs, setups, tyres, issues and notes all operate within the same context your engineers use at the track.
Build the platform around your team’s requirements. Enable the modules you need now and expand as your operation evolves.
Event workspace essentials — dashboard, runs, issues, notes, and secure team access.
Plan sessions, schedule runs, and coordinate track activity across your event.
Turn race and engineering data into reports and insights — with AI-assisted analysis across your event history.
Fleet-wide tyre management — pressures, depths, sets, and usage tracking across the organisation.
New organisations start on Core with a trial subscription. Add-on modules can be enabled from Management → Subscription or when you upgrade.
Security Architecture
Access control in TrakOps goes beyond a simple on/off permission. The platform separates subscription entitlements, user permissions, and data visibility to ensure teams can protect sensitive engineering and operational information while maintaining efficient collaboration.
Your subscription determines which modules are available to your organisation. Core functionality can be extended with optional modules such as Session Planner, AI Analysis, Reporting and Tyres.
Users only see the features your organisation has licensed, keeping the platform streamlined and relevant to your team’s needs.
Roles, feature groups and user-specific overrides define what each person can do within the platform — from viewing runs and editing setups to managing users and administration settings.
Access is governed by the combination of organisational entitlements and individual user permissions, ensuring users can only interact with features they have been granted access to.
Engineering data is protected using a default-deny approach. Non-administrators require explicit access to championships, events and chassis, either directly or through assigned data groups.
Permissions inherit through the data hierarchy, meaning access granted at a championship level automatically extends to associated events, runs, setups, files and related records. This provides a secure and scalable way to manage access while protecting valuable team intellectual property.
Template-driven parameter grids with run-to-run comparison — the kind of detail race engineers expect, without spreadsheet chaos.
Championship, event, and chassis grants with view/edit levels. Data groups apply the same model to whole teams at once.
Organisation admins bypass data checks for full visibility while configuring access for everyone else.
Regulations and event attachments are stored per organisation and protected by the same allow-only rules as setup and run data.
Separate tables for member grants and group grants — clear to review who can see which car, event, or championship.
